Welcome to The Daily Feed
A quiet corner of the internet. No noise, just small moments and RIPPLE Practice™ reflections, written with care. This is my version of social media—slowed down and stripped back.
Here, I share small moments: handwritten tokens, fragments of poetry, stories from everyday life. Some tender. Some raw. All real. You’ll find microblogs updated regularly, sometimes multiple times in one day. I write to connect, to make meaning, and to notice what often goes unseen.
Thanks for being here.
The Shape of Solitude
From grey slime that shifts to waves that comfort to fireflies flickering, this is my shape of solitude.
Release: a poem
A visit with an osteopath that reopened old wounds, felt scary but safe, and helped me release a lot—of sadness, rage, anguish and blame.
Pleasure in Aloneness
Now, I keep company with the past. Write in silence. Cry loudly in the bath. Dance in my underwear to no music.
The Desire-Pleasure Paradox
Written in response to Jeannine Ouellette’s Writing Toward Pleasure prompt on the paradox of desire. This poem is an ode to the sensory memories I carry in my body.
She is Still Becoming
She’s the thread that stitches past to present,
a force beyond measure,
a story still unfolding.
Clinging on to Hope
Tomorrow will come.
But will it be good?
Will it be civil?
Will kindness win?
