The RIPPLE Practice™ Workbook

$0.00

This free workbook is more than a download—it’s a companion for anyone who’s ever felt creatively stuck, hesitant to start, or unsure how to reconnect with themselves.

Based on The RIPPLE Practice™—a six-part methodology I organically developed over years of creative exploration—this guide walks you through a grounding process of reflection, play, personalization, and release. It’s a mindset reset. A soft place to land. A practice of presence disguised as art-making.

Whether you’re facing a blank page, trying to finish a project, or simply needing a moment of quiet reconnection, this is for you.

✨ Inside, you’ll find:

  • 6 guided prompts, each based on a letter in RIPPLE

  • Gentle language that affirms, not instructs

  • Spacious layout for notes and journaling

  • A personal introduction from me about how this practice emerged—messily, honestly, and from lived experience

No deadlines. No metrics. Just a soft rhythm to return to again and again.

📥 Download it. Print it. Tuck it into your sketchbook, planner, or bedside drawer. Let it be your reminder that you’re allowed to create without pressure—and give without fear.

Why I Created The RIPPLE Practice™ Workbook

For the last seven years, I’ve been handing out small, handmade tokens of appreciation—each one a quiet reminder that someone is seen, valued, and appreciated. Along the way, I noticed a pattern in how I create. A rhythm. A process I kept following without realizing it. That process became The RIPPLE Practice™.

This video is the story of how I found language for something deeply lived—and how that process evolved into a free, printable workbook designed to help you move through your own creative hesitation with presence, kindness, and trust.

🌀 Download the workbook for free: Inside you’ll find:

• The six-step RIPPLE Practice™

• Gentle prompts and reflective invitations

• A way to return to your creative self—on your terms

You don’t have to be an artist. You just have to be willing. Let this be your soft re-entry into making, noticing, and offering what’s real.
