It’s Official: I am a RIPPLMKR
I've been practicing The RIPPLE Practice™ for almost a decade—small tangible acts of gratitude for cashiers, janitors, delivery truck drivers. But now, even my car is in on the movement.
This plate is more than metal. It's a conversation starter. A declaration. The way I move in this world—with presence, creativity, and authentic connection.
The RIPPLE Practice™
A Presence-Based Approach to Meaningful Living
Revisit how you connect with yourself and others through six simple steps:
R • I • P • P • L • E
In a world that demands bigger, faster, more—discover the profound impact of slowing down, tuning in, and offering something real.
What is The RIPPLE Practice™?
The RIPPLE Practice™ is a six-step methodology for creating authentic connection through small, intentional acts. It's not about perfect gestures or guaranteed outcomes—it's about returning to your most genuine self while touching someone else's life in a meaningful way.
The Six Steps
R – Reflect
Begin within. What are you carrying? What energy, emotion, or intention do you bring to this moment?
I – Identify
Name the resistance. What's getting in the way of making or offering? Fear? Perfectionism? Past stories?
P – Play
Give yourself permission to be your three-year-old self. Explore. Make marks. Be curious. This is a practice of presence, not performance.
P – Personalize
Infuse the token with meaning. A word, a color, a memory—make it yours before it becomes someone else's.
L – Let Go
Release attachment. Offer the token without expecting a response. The act of giving is the gift.
E – Embrace
Notice how the process has sparked a new way of doing. You came seeking to make something perfect to hold and discovered the beauty of simply playing and giving.
Meet the Creator
I'm Mansi (Maan-see), Creator of The RIPPLE Practice™.
In a day and age where people have come to value speed and scale over presence and intentionality, I created a practice for something quieter, deeper, and more real.
Living in the heart of Silicon Valley, surrounded by the buzz of innovation and the glow of screens, choosing presence feels radical but also essential. What began as spontaneous acts of appreciation has evolved into The RIPPLE Practice™—a methodology that helps people reconnect with themselves and others through small, meaningful acts.
I'm also the author of Little Tokens of Love, Big Ripples of Happiness (Schiffer Craft, 2026), the foundational guide to The RIPPLE Practice™.

What My Ripple Makers Say…
-
High value to me--your gracious hospitality, having folks introduce themselves, gently inviting people to share at the pace of their comfort level, your affirmation and hearing of what people shared, giving space for people to have their experience without expecting it to be the same or normative for everyone, and sharing what we created at the end. Bonus-watching you create!

I enjoyed sharing the space with everyone during my first visit to The Ripple Room. I wasn't sure if it would be conversation only, or working on personal art projects while chatting... perhaps that was made clear at some point, but I seemed to miss that aspect. I loved watching Mansi create - always so inspirational.

I loved seeing everyone today, creating with mindless abandon, while everyone shared their stories and perspectives. Such an awesome group, and I am grateful to you Mansi for coordinating getting all of us in the same space.

That was a great prompt for me to get creative in a new way with new people. Our small tribe for 90 minutes. Thank you.
