From Surrender to Ease

Surrender has been my word this year. And what I've learned is that surrendering to a slower pace — to fewer offerings, to spaciousness — doesn’t feel like loss. It feels like relief. And it is leading to ease.

Starting in January 2026, I’m shifting to one newsletter per month. No more scattered sends, no more inconsistent timing. Just one thoughtful letter each month — something you can sit with and savor at leisure.

It will include writing, art updates, gathering news, and whatever I’m involved in. Not separate art newsletters and writing newsletters and life updates in neatly categorized sections.

Just … all of it. Because that’s actually what this practice is … and that’s how life is.

I’m also shaping 2026 to offer more ways to experience what I create—limited edition pieces you can hold in your hands and a quieter space called Inside the Ripple Studio where you get a front-row seat to what won’t ever be shared in public-facing outlets or even my newsletter: process notes, behind-the-scenes glimpses, half-formed thoughts, the messy middle.

More on all of that in January.

For now: thank you for reading. Thank you for being here.
