Self-Kindness

February Ripple Room: Self-Kindness

What would you say to someone you love who’s struggling?

This month’s Ripple Room is an invitation to offer that same tenderness to yourself. To make something that reminds you that you matter too — not because you’ve earned it, but because you’re human.

Self-kindness isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

It’s choosing words that feel true and gentle.

It’s making space for your own needs without apology.

Whether you create a small token with a word you need to hear, write yourself the encouragement you wish someone would offer, or simply rest in the presence of others practicing the same soft art, this is your hour to be kind to yourself.

Bring whatever creative materials you enjoy — or nothing at all. Presence counts as making here.

This is a live-only gathering so we can settle in together.

Let this be your hour of self-compassion.

Please note: This is a live-only gathering so we can be fully present together. No recordings.
